Hi friend!  Thank you for stopping by and checking out the site!  My name is Haley, and I am 100% in love with food.  Especially Mexican food.  I would marry a burrito if I could, but I'm told that there is not currently a legally binding document that could appropriately depict my passion for tortilla wrapped heaven.  Until then, I'm here to give y'all snippets of various aspects of this glorious life (including burritos).

I know, I know, I know.  What does kale have to do with burritos?  Well, not much (unless you are in the mood for a kale burrito, but that just sounds gross).  To be perfectly honest this site is actually about health and fitness (then what the heck with the burritos man?).  I wanted to provide a place where people can come to experience a real person who loves food, has to be tricked into working out, and has never really considered herself an expert in the field of health and wellness.  So, if you're interested in discovering how this trophy winning emotional eater finally discovered how to take control of her life, you've come to the right place.

Fun fact about me:  I'm pretty much incapable of merely smiling for a picture.

I love birthdays.  Mine is my favorite.

I love fundraisers.  Seriously, though, I really do LOVE them!

Ok, now that you know a tid bit about me, I'm sure you're agonizing over the big question.  Why "Daily Cup of Kale"?  Well, truthfully, I make sure to consume at least one cup of kale everyday.  I am very well aware that the old adage mandates a daily apple, but I've discovered that a cup of kale keeps the doctor away just as well (if not better).  So, welcome.  Grab a cup of kale, and enjoy!
